The way I got into this whole profession in the first place was by tinkering around with a pirated copy of photoshop about eight years ago. Technically this means that photomanipulation is my oldest design skill. I have to admit, I don’t do it as often as I should anymore, mainly because I’m too busy designing websites. I consider photomanipulation, moreso than many other categories of graphic design, to be an art, and unfortunately art often takes a back seat to work.
That being said I do have a bit of funk to show off and by God I intend to. Here’s a sampling of my work [I use the term "work" loosely here because most of these are just non-functional designs I made in my free time] from over the years:
